Anne
I have moved the two Inverary debateable memorials into the church section. I think that is what they are and unless we see evidence to the contrary that's where they should stay.
I don't think we have the Inverary Boer War one listed yet. I can' t see it on any thread in any of the Argylll sections.
Cheers

Researching Lt Ralph George Campbell Robb (Glasgow Academy WM) led me to the website about Helensburgh War Memorial, which also carries his name. However it indicates that he is also named on memorials at Larchfield School (where he was educated) and St Michael's and All Angels Church. Larchfield School was absorbed into Lomond School in 1977.
Mention of the memorials in St Michael's Church can be seen at: http://www.helensburgh-heritage.co.uk/index.php/heritage/religion/474-st-michaels-church-a-short-history |

For clarification Oban Parish Church is the building referred to above and in the Argyll index as "Oban Glencruitten Road Church"
The church stands at the south side of the junction between Glencruitten Road and the main A816 Soroba Road just south of Argyll Square
Postcode is PA34 4BY. OS Grid Ref NM 8606 2961.
Martin and I have posted a set of photographs and historic information over on the IWM War Memorial Register website here (UKNIWM 68842):
