This is one of 13 representative colours replaced in St Giles following the refurbishment of the 1990s. It has been identified as being the Standard of the East of Scotland Branch RPC Association. Identified as C2 in the list on the previous thread.
I have moved the appropriate plaque from the previous post to this thread.
