Memorial is a stained glass window situated within Holy Trinity Episcopal Church in Dunfermline.
UKNIWM 46421
Could not photo transcriptions due to lights on ledge.
The figure on the left window is St Christopher (it is unusual in that unlike the usual depictions of him where he is portrayed as an old man with a beard this is a young man. It is possible that the North family commissioned that a likeness of their son be used.)
The transcription reads
"To The Glory of God and in Loving Memory
of sub Lieut. Richard Frank North R.N. Aged 21 years
Who died in The Submarine Affray April 21, 1951
May Light Perpetual Shine Upon Him"
The submarine was lost with all hands. This gives more information
