North Kelvinside United Free Church.
A secession church parish. It began as a United Presbyterian mission in 1892, and was formed into a congregation in 1894. It passed to the United Free Church in 1900 and to the Church of Scotland in 1929.
The memorials are now housed in the Vestry of Ruchill Parish Church, Shakespeare Street, Maryhill, Glasgow.

Company Sergeant-Major George Millar, 8th Service Battalion, Black Watch, who served for over 26 years in the Army, died after a short illness, and was buried with military honours at Glasgow last Friday. He retired from the Army three years ago but at the outbreak of the War rejoined the Colours. He was a native of Alyth (sic), and leaves a widow and family.

Died: 16th March, 1915 at 150 Gairloch Road, Glasgow from valvular disease of heart (2 months). Congestion of lung and liver (20 days). |
