Henry Price was a Welsh sculptor responsible for the war memorial sculptures at Annan in 1921, and Maxwelltown & Troqueer, also 1921.
Below - Annan war memorial
I have no information on this sculptor. At Maxwelltown you can see he favoured working the clay to create a rough texture which fragments the light on the surface of the work, creating a look reminiscent of impressionist painting.
