One of these men was Stewart Dunsmore MacDougall.
Served with the Royal Naval Volunteer Reserve on HMS "Iris II" (Zeebrugge Raid) as a signaller and died on the 23rd April 1918.
Born Glasgow 6/11/1893 ; Next-of-Kin & home address: Parents, James Honey MacDougall & Jeannie Duff Stewart MacDougall, of 50 Kelvingrove St., Glasgow W., later of: 11 Strathmore Gardens, Hillhead, Glasgow. ; 1914 Star issued to Father 19/2/19.
Enlisted 5/3/1912 ; Hood Bn. B/184 22/8/14-28/10/14 discharged to "Victory." ; 7/4/15 Joined Portland Boom Defence. _________________ http://flower-of-scotland.skynetblogs.be/ |
