Thanks to Mrs Aase Goldsmith for informing me on this one.
Last week press reported that the sandstone monument (in Institution Row) Methillhill, erected 3 years ago, was damaged and metal rails surrounding it left unhinged after the recent incident.
This week's press.
Vandals who caused £1500 damage to Methilhill's war memorial have been caught.
Two 14 year old teenagers were shopped to police by local residents.
