Just a quick note to say hello to everyone. I have been researching the Quintinshill rail crash for the past few years as my great-grandfather was one of the unfortunate casualties.
There are many postings about the accident on the forum, and some of the information has been very helpful.
I hope to be able to visit the site at Gretna soon and pay my respects to all who perished. |

Welcome. When you visit, Blacksyke bridge where the most recent memorial was unveiled a few years ago is probably the best place to view the actual site.
