A site specifically for the 21st Battalion, Canadian Infantry - formed in Kingston, Ontario in 1914.

I was lucky to find this site while researching two brothers from Port William in Wigtownshire, James and William Neill. They enlisted at Ingersoll, Ontario and their background and service histories (complete with links to this Forum) are at:
http://21stbattalion.ca/tributemn/neill_jv.html
and
http://21stbattalion.ca/tributemn/neill_w.html
The brothers are named on the Ingersoll War Memorial and Roll of Honour - a memorial dedicated in 1999 to those who served and those who died in WW1, WW2 and Korea.
Al Lloyd and his colleagues have done a brilliant degree of research. _________________ Ken |
