I am looking for James (Jimmy) Holmes who was taken in (possibly adopted) by my g grandmother Wilhelmina McIntyre early 1900. He was born in the Glasgow area. I'm wondering if anyone knows of any James Holmes listed on War Memorials in or around Glasgow.
I don't have a lot of information on Jimmy and I am hoping to find out where he origionally came from to help me narrow my search a little.
Thanks |

Thanks Roxy,
I've looked into the two James Holmes I found listed on the SWMP. I found two one in Kilmacolm and the one found in Barrhead, sadly neither turned out to my James Holmes.
Thanks for the help, is you find any more please do let me know. |
