I was initially unsure of whether to post this here or in the Edinburgh section. You may wonder why...
This stained glass window is now on display in the museum of the Royal Scots Dragoon Guards in Edinburgh Castle. However, I'm posting it in the Glasgow section as that was its original location.
Part of the display board next to the window reads as follows:
"This stained glass window was commissioned by the Royal Scots Greys for the garrison Episcopalian church of St George at Maryhill, Glasgow, close to the Maryhill Barracks where A Squadron was stationed following its return from South Africa in 1905."
