Roxy,
Did you forget to post the 1st Section of WW1?
The left hand panel which starts with Alastair M.S. Cumming, Logie seems as if it reflects another panel. Does this panel face the WW2 one and that's why it's reflected as back to front?

Anne,
The left hand panel of this memorial is empty. The Great War names are in the centre of the memorial and the names from the Second World War are on the right side.

Now that I've looked a bit closer, I can see the names reflected are the same as the names on the first WW1 panel.
