I couldn't quite figure out what was happening with the names here until I relaised the middle photograh is the Second World War panel. First and last WW1, middle WW2.
There are 28 names listed for both conflicts, which is quite unusual. The large number of local men serving in the RNR means they probably suffered fewer fatalities than other Scottish communities of a similar size in the Great War but more in the Second.
For the Great War most are RNRT. These were RNR men serving on their own Trawlers. You'll probably find several were lost in the same vessels on the same date.
These two CWGC entries prove which panels are which.

Adam,
I was posting in a bit of a rush last night, but it was not immediately obvious from which conflict the names pertained. I'll try to get another photo when it is not quite so dark!
I will try harder next time

Was in Buckie area today and took photos at Portgordon among others, before checking the Forum. Have added the name panels to complement the existing photos.
The Portgordon War Memorial was unveiled on the evening of 7 June,
1921 by the Duke of Richmond and Gordon. The memorial was designed
by Wittet, Architects, Elgin and erected by J. R. Henderson, Sculptor,
Elgin.
Wreaths were laid by three little girls whose fathers were lost during the
war - Hilda Coull, Georgina Hendry and Isabella Smith.
