Interested in Alex. Cruickshank
Appreciate any information. |
Anne Park posted earlier on the thread that he was
"Cruickshank Alexander Pte 9252 8/10th Gordon Highlanders b Keith e Keith Killed in Action F & F 20-Apr-17 Husband of Marjory S B Cruickshank, 2 Ballach Rd; Keith, Banffshire On Employees of the GNSR Memorial, Joint Station, Aberdeen. Department of Supertendent of the line, Signalman, Glassaugh. Hibers Trench Cemetery, Wancourt Fr 0594 Row A Grave 9 GNSR & Keith" and confirms that this came from a book about the memorial.
The service record of this man survives and is available on Ancestry.
