Alan,
Have you tried:
http://warmemscot.s4.bizhat.com/viewtopic.php?t=470
This thread gives details on how to post photographs - you need to join photobucket or something similar first.
Good Luck!

My very short version, which others have found useful in the past........
A guide for posting pictures on the forum is at http://warmemscot.s4.bizhat.com/viewtopic.php?t=470
But the really short version is..........With this forum you first have to publish the photo somewhere on the internet and then post a link to it using an /img tag.
That's the techy bit, but the easy way to do it is to register with a free photo publishing site, I use www.photobucket.com and then you upload your photos to there (max size allowed is 800 X 600, but if your photo is bigger and you cannot reduce it yourself, their software does it automatically). When the photo is uploaded, just double click on the img tag below the picture, then go to our forum, hit reply and paste (ctrl/v) which will put the location of the photo into the post. That's all there is to it. The first time or two it seems a little strange, but it's very convenient. Also a good way to send family photos to friends - just send them the link
