Any reason why this memorial is in the church and not Wishaw High School?

Ah, just looked it up. WHS was demolished and not replaced.

the explanation is in wishaw high school WW1. But basically when the school was closed the panels were "put in to storage"
rescued by members of the church and erected they can be viewed upon application to the session clerk _________________ Joseph yeardly |
