Situated between Marr, Valley and Snowdon Cemeteries, Stirling.
Memorial also known as Star Pyramid or Salem Rock, with Scripture texts and symbolical designs as a memorial to the Covenanters.
No matter what angle I tried, the inscription on this tablet is too badly eroded to make out anything apart from a few words.
In the foreground of the above photograph is a memorial to Rev. Ebenezer Erskine (1680 - 1754), the second minister of Holy Rude Church |
