my great uncle Richard john walker was a 6th seafoth highlander. he was killed by a sniper june 2, 1916 in france. was wondering if his name is on the war memorial in elgin. and if the roll of honor is a book or not. |

ty Kenneth I had no knowledge of the war memorial its nice to know hes on it. do you know if there a picture of the memorial. |
