By a process of elimination and at the conclusion of much searching, I believe this to be the elusive Roadside of Kinneff WW1 Memorial Hall.
The UKNIWM bears a grid reference which is in the middle of a nearby field and is clearly wrong but also states that there is NOTHING ON THE BUILDING TO INDICATE ITS STATUS AS A MEMORIAL.
I've yet to find it open or track down a key-holder so this is still a work in progress . PS The plaque on the bench is a tribute to a former hall-keeper.
